Recovery Day

Hi Thib, i train 5 days and 2 days off... What do you think about doing aerobic work like,
500m row (3:00 pace) + farmer walk max in 2min, 1min off - 6-8 sets...
I train for crossfit, do you think is a good idea ofor a recovery day or is too much demanding?

Depends on how you are recovering, but for recovery days other than stretching and some walking I wouldn’t do anything else. The body needs rest.
