I am sure there are a lot of different takes on this but I was wondering when is the best time to workout for overall results, performance, and recovery. Thanks everyone for their time.
You already know the answer…there are many threads that all say the same thing. Some people like AM and some PM. There is an article someone always quotes about how it’s better for the spine to work out in the PM. I seem to have better results when working out at night but due to my schedule I have to workout in the morning most of the time. I may say this alot but I feel it’s always relevant…experiment and see how you respond to different times.
