Recovering from Meniscus Surgery


so I’m at the 1 month post surgery mark from getting my left knee scoped and having part of my meniscus removed due to a tear ( i have 60% of my meniscus left). All is good now and I’m walking around with no issues. i was just given the all clear from the doc and and from my PT guy to slowly start to workout again. I’m able to do upper body workout and then just do my lower body exercise that he has given me (all single leg movements) . So to get to my question I’m not sure how to go about finding a program or creating my own for upper body and conditioning. not sure if height and weight is relevant but I’m 6’2 210 pounds

Any advice would be appreciated.
