Recovering from Cancer; Need Help w/Training

No problem Zooguido. You really have to be careful when you question someone about an illness its not like questioning them about how much they lift. I am just trying to get advice on my workouts so I can improve. BTW, I ended my tratments in April so its been 4 months and still cancer free. I had HPV cancer (throat cancer) so if you know any teens that have not had their HPV vac. please encourage them.

I agree entirely and I apologize for acting so rashly regardless of my experiences on these forums. Stupid decision on my part.

And thanks, I’ll pass that along.

Hope you stay cancer free and good luck with lifting.

my back seems to be injury prone so I will not do any deadlifts or squats for some time. All the back work is bench supported. Aus. pulls are no more than a pullup to a rack bar laying on the floor. Is the 5x5 with 5x10 too much for a single bodypart?[/quote]
No
