Recovering From A Groin Injury

In the bottom portion of my squat, I feel a pain in my bone that is right where the hamstring and glute meet. I’m almost positive that its a micro bone fracture because ive had the same problem on my opposite leg where my groin is.

my question is, the pain is lessening as the days pass by but when exactly is it okay to go back to the gym? Ive read that bones are like muscles: if u dont use em, u lose em. so in that case, should i b doing more activity rather than the constant laying around and not doing anything in hopes of making it heal?

I’ve been having similar problems, I would suggest you try to find different exercises that don’t hurt to do. That’s what I have done and am getting back into squatting now.
