Recommended Leg Replacement Exercises 30-10-30

On some days you have listed…

  • leg curls

  • Leg Extensions

  • Leg Presses

3 exercises on same day.

What are the best Free Weight Exercises to replace these.

Clearly we can do squats in place of leg presses. Any recommendations please?

Try stiff-legged deadlifts for leg curls. Sissy squats and dumbbell squats (or barbell squats) would work for the other two.

Thank you. May I ask… How your surge workout test performed and have you changed your thoughts as to the most effective plan in your opinion after that study?
