I want to lose the love handles. I’ve been slacking off a little from fitness. Used to go 3x a week and go crazy till I was basically dead. Then stopped completely for a few months. Was busy with college and stuff, you know how it goes. Tired after a long day, on to the bar. Fitness got replaced by binge-drinking and fast food.
I’m eating pretty healthy now and currently taking ZMA prior to sleep because it helps me with that. I’ve tried HOT-ROX but that stuff makes my heart go wild. I heard that “BCAA’s” also help in training and losing weight. Going 1x a week again, upping it to 2x for sure and trying to go 3x again.
