1/2 cup cottage cheese (or more)
1 scoop (or more) chocolate Low-Carb Grow!
1 tbls ground flaxseed
1 tbls natty p-butter
couple tbls water

If you don't like this "muscle slop", you have deeply-rooted culinary problems

One of the best tasting shakes from the book is the Peanut Butter Shake with 1 cup of Carb Countdown, 1/2 Cottage cheese, and 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 1.5 cups of ice and splenda to taste. It's rediculous. I think JB deserves a round of applause for this book.

Hmmm that's weird, I've been doing that same recipe for years using different protein powders. Only I go by eye and don't measure the portions. It tastes excellent!!
