I am currently eating about 5 times a day. I train first thing in the morning. on training days i eat 5 times plus peri workout. how should i use the Receptormax. which meals should i take it before.
I prefer to take Receptormax prior to my meals with the largest carbohydrate load.
and on non training days would i be better off taking two Receptormax before 3 of my 5 meals with the highest carbs, or taking one Receptormax before each of the 5 meals. also the recommended time of 30 minutes before the meal still applies?
I'd stick with 2 Receptormax roughly 30 minutes prior to your 3 largest meals.
