I was just diagnosed with a fractured thoracic (T-11) vertebra. Anyone had to deal with this sort of thing before? I think I managed to do it on my heavy DL day. I’ve got a lot of swimming in my future over the next three months, but I was wondering if anyone had any advice concerning rehab for weightlifters.
I broke C-7 a while back, mate. Ask your doctor what you can and can’t do - I was mostly stuck doing extremely light cable arm work and the eliptical - running impact could have been bad news.
