I am 41 yr old male, 6’ 2" @ 193 lbs. I recently hurt my back lifting and went for an x-ray which shows I have scoliosis and other alignment issues. I have been in pain for a week and have an MRI scheduled for Tuesday. Reason for this post is to see if anyone had a similar issue and did it limit their routine. Just don’t want to screw up my back more than it already is but also don’t want to lose my gains.
