Reaquainting In The Gym

Greetings all!I have been hanging around this sight off and on for awhile now. A lot of great information here!

Anyway, I haven’t lifted consistently for quite some time but decided it is time to plan the time; just like everything else. Easing back into it, I’m just looking for some suggestions as far as routines go.

I feel more comfortable splitting upper and lower body, but will I see better progress with a full body routine? Also, there is a lot of debate regarding set and rep scheme; anything work better than another? Thanks in advance!

Split Whole body? Rep set schemes?

They ALL work just pick on do it. Then do another. Biggest thing is to be consistant. find what works for you and keep going.
