Greetings all!I have been hanging around this sight off and on for awhile now. A lot of great information here!
Anyway, I haven't lifted consistently for quite some time but decided it is time to plan the time; just like everything else. Easing back into it, I'm just looking for some suggestions as far as routines go.
I feel more comfortable splitting upper and lower body, but will I see better progress with a full body routine? Also, there is a lot of debate regarding set and rep scheme; anything work better than another? Thanks in advance!
