Really Typical Question About Abs

Well i’m completely new to these forums, but my friend had told me it’s very reliable. So i signed up and i have a question. I have been working out for the past 2 years, consistently. I have dropped 15 pounds and gained it all back in muscle after lifting and cardio training.

My question is how come i dont see any definition around my abs, not necessarily a 6pack, but little definition. I do ab workouts every other day for about 30 min before i start running or lifting. It consists of many sets of mason twists, crunches, leg lifts, etc. I have tried looking up things in the forums and found some stuff about “calipers” and massive weight loss to get a 6pack. I have no idea about any of this stuff and if someone could help me with my routine to help me get some definition around my core that’d be great! Thanks!

I also don’t take any type of supplements(protein, etc) and i eat relativeley healthy.
