Realistic TRT Recomp Progress

Thanks! For me, it’s mainly been arms and chest. Considering how much weight I’ve put in over the past three months (~10 lbs), it’s crazy how lean I’ve been able to stay with my lower abs still being visible. I’ve always been able to maintain some semblance of abs while bulking, but not to this extent! I’m also just past the 3 month mark, so curious to see where I’m at when I’ve been on for a longer time frame. I just did labs and things look good, with a doctor check-in next week.
