Do you get turkey breast (not ground) raw and grill them or is it okay to eat the ready-to-eat stuff from trader joes/whole foods wherreever? It’s extremely convenient and 99% clean…the only downside is that there’s usually some sugar…like 1 gram per 3 oz, negligible IMO.
Usually high in sodium. Not a bad choice in a pinch.
I agree with ACTrain. In a pinch, on the road, etc that ready to eat stuff is doable, but cooking it yourself is def preferable.
