I'm currently following a Squat everyday style program, whereas i go by feel. I always try to hit at least 575 on a daily basis, then i hit the zercher Squat for some volume, followed by Bench.
My goal for 2016 is to hit a 700 pound raw Squat.
Squat: 575 X1, 595 X1, 610 X1
Zercher Squat 3X6 @ 455
CGBP: 185 X1, 225 X1
Yes i do realize my bench is very weak, i neglected training it for years. It's not a concearn for me though, because my Squat and deadlift are both very strong.
