Reading Suggestions?

I have been working out for the last 16 months, slowly building up intensity, and now I am getting into bodybuilding. I am transitioning my workout plan the basic workouts from Schwarzenegger’s Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding, and have read much of that book.

But as useful as Arnold?s book is for learning the basics, it it also pretty out of date and often pushes ideas that died a long time ago, or equipment that most gyms don’t keep around along with exercises that aren’t meant for contemporary equipment.

What would good follow-up reading to Arnold?s book be?

Every article here plain and simple search for the topic your interested and just read. Or start way back and just go one by one youll gain a wealth of knowledge for free.

Other then that all of the books for sale in the store are great and very practical.
