Does anyone here have tried this program It sound very nice. I would like to have your feedback on that one. I would like to know what kind of results skinny bastard can have on that program. Here’s the link:
In my humble opinion, it is not a good general workout. It is as it is advertised, it is for shoulders. Try ABBH for a good general work out. If your goal is for a full body workout routine, this is not it. The legs are missing, so is the back, triceps…etc…
This is based on wave loading. Great for relative strength. Increasing strength but not so much hypertrophy.
So if the goal is size you might be better off with something else.

I know this is not a general body routine It’s only that my serratus anterior suck (I also have shoulder winged so I want to explode on military press, specialize on It.
