Reactive Strength Question

hopefully someone can answer this before i go to the gym tommorrow morning.

I’m starting workout #2 of Reactive Strength Phase 1 (wave-like loading) Alessi says to increase the load 5 lbs from workout #1 is that 5lbs more than the first phase wave or last one?

damn…anybody?

+5lbs from the last workout, I believe.

Then I think I screws up workout #2
