My school’s meal plan only allows us to eat 3 times a day during the week, 2 times a day on the weekend, and only at certain times. I’m broke so I cant afford to buy 2 more meals every day.
Ive been lifting hard using only compound movements and have been drinking a weight gainer before I go to sleep to try to pick up some weight but it doesnt appear to be doing much, and I am running out. Is there any way I can turn this into a good diet to pick up some weight for cheap?
