1>. If you want to gain mass with massive eating, you will do 15 mins cardio after workouts and 30 mins cardio on nonworkout days?
2>. If you’re cutting, you will do 30 mins cardio after workouts and 30 mins on nonworkout days?
3>. This means that you will do cardio 7x a week?
