Hi everyone… just a question regarding the microcycle Don Alessi outlines in this article. Any recommendations on a complimentary workout for the upperbody? Or is the lower back/pelvic microcycle he suggests supposed to be done alone? And should I maintain the once-every-five-days frequency, and the same periodization pattern?
