Ray Williams increases his own world record in raw squat at the IPF Classic World Men’s Championships, South Africa, Potchefstroom on 08.06.2014. He finished the championship with a world record 972,5 kg (2144 lbs) total and won the world championship for the super heavy weights in the +120 kg class.
That was awesome.
Really fantastic, that was cool to see. Looks like he is only 25lbs away from the all-time raw unwrapped SHW squat record, and with how solid that looked, I bet he’ll do it in the next year or so.
That was the easiest max squat ever. Awesome.

He’s actually already beaten Don Reinhoudt’s 934 no wraps record (untested) in training. All he needs to do is make it official in a meet.
