Raw Food Experiment

I’m starting this blog because of a change of my diet.

I’m on a raw vegan diet now: fruits, veggies, seeds and nuts.
If anybody has got any experience on being a raw foodist, please do give a hand. And if you’re here just to observe and comment, feel free.

I’m actually not one of these sedentary raw food people who just get skinny. I’m a very active professional tennis player. So I hope it will improve my performance in this department as well. Can’t wait to see the changes. Everybody has heard of Running Raw project I guess.
See here: http://runningraw.com/

I will not be posting diet as it is clear what I eat and the list is far too long of the things I DON’T eat. I might post average weekly diet or something to see what it looks like.

I will be posting training and pics for sure.

Thank you.

I’ve recently taken an interest in stomach/health friendly diets, even though I’m on a bulk that is probably any nutritionist’s anathema at the moment.

Looking forward to this experiment!
