Ratios For Protein:Fat on V-Diet

I’m unsure how much fat I should be getting daily. I know to use Flameout, fish oil and flaxseed, but not how much. I don’t think the author of the v diet gives any specifics.


I know that for me, I have been instructed to consume my body weight in protein grams, divided up into the number of meals per day that I am going to eat. For fat, take your body weight, multiply by 0.4. That is your total fat grams you should be consuming.

Divide that number by 3, and 1/3 should be from the flaxseed/flax oil, 1/3 should be from olive oil and the last 1/3 is in the foods you eat through out the day.
