I have been on a Carb-25% Protien-50% Fats-25% diet for the last 5 months combined with 40min morning cardio ( Fucking Hated it!!) and started lifting weights again in December, have droped down from 160 to 142lbs @ 9% Body fat. Never have I been this lean & want to gain mass at least to get me back up to 155.
Now that I hit the weights hard 6 days a week, what would be a good % of Carbs / Protien / Fats to gain weight?
