Other than eating more and gaining weight, I think your lacing in your traps chest and lats.
You got good starting potential though.

Focus in the kitchen. If you are staying that lean (vascularity on your FUPA) you likely aren’t maximizing your growth efficiency. Try experimenting. Bump up your intake significantly for a sustained period of time. You should see strength and size gains. IF you go too much you’ll see some fat too. I wouldn’t worry about that either, but you should push it and find the threshold.

chest and back. big time

Well it appears your arms have gotten more attention than your chest. I’d focus on deadlifts, bench press, squats, shoulder presses,rows and other mainstay lifts while eating as much as you can and you should grow. But its a good foundation.

Right, so he’s sitting a 3.9 looking like he actually does lift some weights, while TBSgirl is at a 6.3 looking like she bumps’n’grinds for her workouts. I guess she did show the wheels while he did not…
