Tuesday bench press, db bench press, incline db bp, decline db bp, bounce push up, chest fly

Wednesday bar bell row, tbar row, cable row, single arm row, reverse fly, hammer curl

Thursday deadlift, sumo Dl, Romanian dl, kettle bell swing, hamstring curl, calf raises

Friday shoulder press, db sp, Arnold press, one arm press, power press, front raises

Saturday chin up, lat pull down, pull ups, one arm lat pull down, lat iso, hammer curl

Sunday rest.

One week 3x8 then 3x5 3x3 check max

-3.5 cheeseburgers

at first glance (assuming srs post) all i saw was leg day. you’re doing like 8 different squat movements. if that were me, my discs would bulge out of my spine before the workout was over from spinal compression. i love squats. squats are amazing. but i would never do that many. i mean, if you’re built like a horse, go for it. but for myself, a mere mortal, that would be impossible to complete injury free.

No gas. Training weights 2 years. Mma for 10+ years. Just want to get Bigger and stronger.
