Diet & Supplement Plan
190lbs

Training Day

Meal 1
3 whole eggs
3 egg whites
1 cup of spinach
10 baby carrots
½ cup red peppers
1 orange
5 fish oil capsules
4 MultiIntense or two scoops Superfood

Meal 2
6oz lean meat
1 cup Fiber One cereal
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 serving of Primal Greens

Meal 3 (60 mins pre-workout)
8oz lean meat
3 servings vegetables w/light olive oil and vinegar
2 tbsp mixed nuts (pumpkin seed, walnut, almond blend)

Pre/During Workout (15 mins pre-workout)
10g BCAAs
2 scoops SURGE Workout Fuel (sip until start up warm down)

Post Workout
2 scoops SURGE Recovery
5g creatine

Meal 4 (60 mins post-workout)
6oz lean meat
½ cup whole grain rice or ½ cup oatmeal or ½ cup quinoa
½ cup green peppers
½ cup onions
½ cup tomatoes
1 cup mixed berries
2 tbsp coconut oil

Meal 5
1 cup non-fat cottage cheese
1 scoop Chocolate Metabolic Drive Protein
2 tbsp organic peanut butter
4 Multi-Intense or two scoops Superfood
4 Flameout

perhaps if you were to provide some idea of your goals etc coupled with a brief macro breakdown protein carbs fats etc then we could critique it better :wink:
