- Bcaa - 20 grams 4:1:1 during workout
- Biotech multivitamin 1 per day
- My protein fish oil - 6-8 grams per day
- About 1 gram magnesium + 1 gram Potassium with meals
I am about to start a start a combination of citrulin malate + beta alanine + creatine. For the citruline i will use 6 grams, beta alanine - 2-4 grams, creatine 5 grams.
