Rate My Progression, Criticism Welcome

Hi I’m 20 years old, 5ft,9 and have just started the gym 3 months ago after stopping for 2 years.

I weigh 182lbs from 150lbs (yes I did do a test E cycle for 12 weeks)

Criticism welcome it can only help with improvement!

Advice: monitor your hormone levels for the rest of your life after taking T at age 20.

You have good foundation now . Lower your body fat more . Arms looks more tonned than other body parts . Imo do some heavy chest and back workout . Back and chest needs to be more defined .

true that . i did something more stupid . tren + provin + winny . with no test , it really screwed me
