Rate My Program Design

Hello All,

I was hoping for some feedback/input on a program I plan to implement.

It will be a four week program and it’s loosely based on Waterbury’s TBT & HFT principles.

My goals are strictly increased strength & hypertrophy, but with more emphasis on hypertrophy.

Monday 4 x 6 (60 Seconds Rest bet. sets)
BB Bench Press
Pull Ups
Squats
Deadlifts
Shrugs
Ab Work
DB Seated Press
Cable Flye (Hands Low)

Tuesday 4 x 6 (60 secs rest bet. sets)
Power Cleans
Standing BB Curl
BB Incline Press
Squats
AB Work
Chin Ups
Push Presses
Skull Crushers

Wednesday REST

Thursday 3 x 8 (90 secs rest bet. sets)
Wide Grip Weighted Dips
Wide Grip Rows
Bent Over Reverse Raise
Leg Curls
Seated Calf Raises
Hammer Curls
Ab Work
DB Flat Bench Press

Friday 2 x 15 (2 min rest)
Ab Work
Squats
Shrugs
Reverse Grip Rows
DB Flyes
Preacher Curls
Tri Extension
Gironda Raises (DB)
Donkey Calf Raises

Saturday & Sunday REST

I plan to also incorporate CT’s carb cycling during those four weeks as well.

Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks.

IMO TO MUCH!!! n ach day I mean hell look at day one and all the compounds.

just look at the first two days day one you do squats and DL. then your expecting to be able to go again with any type of intensity the next day with Squas again and power cleans etc.

If doing the frequency thing bro you need to limit what you do each day it should be breif. one push one pull one legs do em get out. repeat wit different moves and rep set parameters the next w/o.

You will have o time to recover and progress
