Is that that hungarian leg tree trunk squat for half an hour program?

Sorry guys but i don t do anything to be lean. in fact i try to eat as much as i can, that my probleme…i can put on weight, i get stronger but not actually bigger. It’s not a bad thing. i would only like to put some mass and strenght on those legs.

Start focusing on your back. You don’t do heavy rows or deadlifts and it shows. If you start to pack mass on your legs and back you’ll put on the 15 lbs you’re looking for no problem. And keep trying to eat more, obviously.
