Week 1-12 400mg EQ
Week 12-13 25mg Winny
Week 13-16 50mg Winny (used as a bridge between cycle and pct)

Start PCT end of week 16
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolva 40/40/20/20

LEt me know what you think, is there anything you would change? Increase/lower dosages? This is my 3rd cycle. First 2 where test e only cycles.

I like it. I would run your AI the two weeks before pct, tapering down in the last week. I also find running a low dose AI through pct and then a few weeks after help with post cycle acne.

I would say its ok, but is there any way to make cycle longer for EQ purposes?
