Are you learning up for a competition?

No , but I hope I will compete someday. I just prefer my look at a low bodyfat percentage .

Just wondering: What does your diet look like? How long have you been training?

Puts me to shame for sure

Haha I logged into this thread because I thought it was gonna be you

The sad part is that OP is 20lb heavier… and much leaner…

I eat a high - carb , low fat diet , standard 3 meals a day. Mostly oatmeal, granola, lentils , peas, cottage cheese and chicken breast. I have been training for 2.5 years , 6 days a week, either an agonist/antagonist split( chest and back , delts and arms , legs) or PPL. I dont do any cardio whatsoever , as I love lifting heavy weights(5-10 reps usually) for long workouts instead, usually 2+ hours a day.

The ab definition is what gets me. Do you actually train abs? I’ve heard that actual ab training helps with definition by building ab muscle

The back shot reminds me of Linda Hamilton in T2 Judgement day. You might have a bit more muscle than that even.

I haven’t trained them in a year and a half. In my first year of training I did tons of weighted crunches and decline sit-ups though.

Wow , thank you for the compliment !

I hope you decide to compete. You look incredible! Are you seriously not doing direct ab training?
