Rate My Back


Rate my back, lat spread.

Was wondering if you could remove the carpet over top of it so I could see it.

WTF is on top of that? Dark grass clippings??

What are you thinking? Rate my back spread? This is rate my physique, not Rate the only body part I’ve made any progress on.

Yes, you’ve got a lat spread. Is it thick? Doubt it, we can’t tell.

The ratings are going to be low. Is this what you wanted or expected?

This site was looking for people to post physiques that were built in more than a day.

You cant always get what you want.

Decent gains in spread and hair, but can’t see it anywhere else.

Seriously though, its called “rate my physique”. I think there should be a new rule that to post on the rate my physique forum you must produce at least four pics…

At least this way we could give some proper ratings.

Otherwise in 2 weeks time they’ll be people coming on saying…

i dont train, but i do masturbate at least 3 times a week

a) I lift weights too.

b) Fair enough, but the idea here is honest feedback so I can improve.

c) I don’t have a problem with a low rating, just people being dickheads to me.

No wonder he doesn’t shave his back.

Skin is so thin it’d come right off.

If you want a good response from people on what you need to do to improve, you should post:

  1. Full body front pic.
  2. Full body back pic.
  3. Your diet.
  4. Your training routine.
  5. Your goals.

…otherwise, you will only get jokes from people.

I have my reasons for posting just my back. I have some controversial ink on my body that I don’t really want to show. Plus I am training for something back specific.

It looks like you have some mass added since September but you are clearly neglecting your traps and deltoids which should be just as much a part of the package as the rest. i would focus a bit more on upper back and rear delt exercises and maybe a bit more work on your midsection

If you are training for a back specific reason it certainly can not be for aesthetic reasons! Nobody says “F body building. I wanna be a ‘Back Builder’”. So, with that said, WTF does it matter what your back looks like? If i’m training for the Outdoor Games and need to chop wood I’m going to train my back specifically. However, I am not going to ask the T-Nation how my back looks.

I hope that your back can do whatever this specific task is though.
