I am 48yr old,and need some advise on how to put more size on my frame?

Yeah we can’t really see much but judging by what I’m seeing, you’re lacking overall mass. You should work on back width and thickness. Not to mention eat. Start to eat more and you’ll gain more muscle that way. Row your ass off. Bent over rows db rows close grip rows meadows rows. Pull ups, and deadlifts.
