Uh no offense but you look like crap. Lay off the junk the food. Even in a bulking state you shouldnt look like that. Eat big but clean, lift heavy, and come back in like 3 years when you weight 30lbs more. Then maybe we’ll write some comments. [/quote]
Wtf shut the fuck up.
He isnt fat. And while he is certainly not gigantic or impressive he doesnt look like crap, at all.
Oh and by the way, look at your lat spread pic in your hub, then look at his, and tell me who the fuck looks like crap on that pose. Yes. its you
OP, if you want to go for the fitness model look you really dont need that much muscle mass (you still need more than what you currently have though)
If fitness modeling is what ur after, you also dont need too much leg mass
Work on getting bigger and dont worry TOO MUCH about fat gains for now, unless you see that you arent really gaining much muscle. The point where you should decide to stop getting “softer” is when you stop making progress or stop being comfortable with ur bodyfat, or both.
Once you are big enough (which really isnt that big for fitness modeling… I would think a lean 180lbs for someone of average height) you can just work on getting important fitness modeling bodyparts better… (biceps/chest/abs)
