I’m not one to venture onto these threads however, there’s always a first.
I think you’ve got a lot of work to do. Your body is toned ( I hate that word) yes, but if I saw you on the street you wouldn’t look strong and your numbers reflect that.
Sure, you work 96 hours a week so that doesn’t help with your diet/training but that info isn’t needed here as you want out opinion on your physique as it is.
I’m going for a 2-3 if we rate it based on a “strong looking motherfucker”.
