Rash in Arm Pit/Lats After Rows

Anyone else get gnarly rashes in their arm pits/lats after a lot of rows? This has been an on going problem for about the past 2 months. It’s getting very annoying and debilitating almost. I don’t know if its my shirts rubbing me raw or skin on skin.

Try lifting without a shirt lel

Try baby powder and/or antiperspirant

Try tweaking form (I dunno what yours looks like but those arms have got to be pretty tight to your body lel) or lose some weight so the fat doesn’t fill the space too well.

Haha I’m not fat or overweight by any means. I wear deodorant. I even always carry an extra stick in my gym bag because I don’t ever want to be “that” guy. No one wears tanks or those cut out shirts at my gym. You would probably get laughed out for wearing shorts and t-shirt there if you’re anything under 250. Everyone wears sweatpants and sweatshirts.

if it works for deadlifts will probably work for reducing the rubbing/friction you get

Probably going to get made fun of my whole session spraying it up in there. Oh well.

Do you even hardcore deadlift w/ chalk + baby powder?

Not allowed to use that if you’re under 700 at my gym.
