i have been training (enlightend by t-mag) for a little over two years now. i am not sure if i am on to anything but in the last 2 and 3/4 months, i have upped my my bench 40 lbs, and have added around 30-40 lbs. to the max of other main lifts. On top of that, i have done it with supplementation other then mrp’s. I only made changes to the diet and restructured my work out routine to go 6 weeks of compound sets, 6 weeks of working near maximal loads, 6 weeks regular 10-12 reps per set. (obviously i am not done with 18 weeks yet.) anyways does this much strenght gain this quickly mean anything? thanks.
