Current lifts, bench is down to 395
deads a little over 600lbs, squat down to 500.

Took a week plus off for recovery.

Calves
16 sets 10 reps go between standing and sitting, i’m trying to shock them at the moment. They need help…

day 7 take a much needed rest and recover…

Oh my workout isn’t really geared towards anything… I have done a few PL comps and would love to do another, but school has been killing my schedual. So i’m not a BB.

Jesus, I’ve never seen anyone barbell curl over 135lbs thats impressive. The guy I used to workout with could get 4-6 with 135, and he was a freakin’ beast. Hell I’d give you a 10 just to see that! Good job!
