I was reading an article by Clay Hyght (Tried and True Bodybuilding Program Template), and he lists "Randy Press" as a Triceps Exercise. I can't find anything on these. What are they?! They're either so good that it's a closely guarded secret (the name is spoken, but the technique is never revealed) or they are so bad that no one knows what they are, and Clay meant to put someone else's name instead of Randy.
