Hi ! I am trying to plan ahead over a few cycles and I was thinking about keeping a fixed TM for a few cycles but ramping up my supplemental work, either by increasing %ages, doing FSL for a cycl, then SSL for a cycle, then 5531 for a cycle, or moving from 55 FSL towards 50 total reps at FSL. Did anyone try this ? Am I shortchanging myself somehow with this method ?
Why don’t you try it and find out? What have you got to lose?
