Lat pull-downs 4x8 w/65kg
Inverted rows 3x12 to failure (20,15,12)
D-bell curls 3x6 w/17.5-20kg
Spider curls 3x12 w/10kg
Rear-delt flies 3x15

Away for a week, so gonna be focusing on mobility and conditioning, with some high rep body weight work thrown in.
Did 100 burpees (chest to floor, jumping at the top) for time, got it done in 7:35. Reckon I can go sub-7 though with better pacing. Currently on the lookout for some gnarly conditioning circuits without equipment (atm my plan is hill sprints and burpees)

Today was wtf day:
10 standing high jumps (bit of explosiveness)
Circuit - 3 rounds:
100 bw squats
50 push-ups
50 band pull-aparts
1 min hollow body hold

Took me 17:20

Today’s workout:
Bit of mobility - 10-15 mins
Broad jumps 3x4
100 burpees (25 normal, 25 double-pump, 25 triple-pump, 25 normal) - 8:20
3 sets of 50 bw squats ssw/ 50 band pull aparts
These burpees were hard. From a cardio pov they were fine, and my breathing was under control, but my arms went dead quick.

20 mins of mobility and a bit of foam rolling
10 hill sprints (roughly 30 meters)
