Would raisins be a better choice PWO with my shake than a banana? I've researched and found that raisins have a higer GI index rating and they do have plenty of natural sugar and an abundant amount of carbs?
or should i stick with a banana?
Though both will address spiking insulin levels,I don't think that either will replace muscle glycogen levels due to the fact that fruit tends to be stored in the liver as fuel for the brain
