I’ve been focusing on bodybuilding lately, using a John Meadows approach. Currently a natural, cutting, and am trying to get down to 7-8%. I’ve attached a picture.

Bug is holding my family hostage and said if I don’t make a log he will tickle them to death.

So I’m fairly sick. This sucks. Gonna be megadosing some Vit D and fishoils/multivitamins to try to knock this out asap. Lifting/cardio/cutting while sick is terrible. That said, training today:

Nikki- <3 I don’t even train them, the fuckers just like to grow. But kinda, I was more of a strength guy for awhile. I used to throw/sprint on the track team, so aesthetics weren’t a priority. Now that I’m free of that tyranny, the goal is to look gooooooooood.

So despite saying I never train delts… I trained delts today. Quick 20 minute workout, my rear delts looked so retarded. Vascularity is way up.

Yesterday was good! An hour of touch rugby to learn the mechanics of the game…So that was fun. Might start training my Clean+Jerk again, see if I can’t get back to throwin’ down slam dunks. I’m heavier than I thought I’d be with 4 abs showing(211 today), so hopefully I don’t drop much below 200 and can ride the rebound back up here with shreddz0red mad abs.
