Rack Pulls

I have been looking around and i cant find an explanation of the exercise rack pulls. anybody have a pic of it or a good supplement for it.

Do you have a couple of boxes to set the weights on? The point is to do a partial deadlift. How you get the bar high isn’t as much of an issue.

Or you can just do full deadlifts.

I am doing deadlifts before this exercise. I am following the workout program in The Velocity Diet.
