Rack Pull: What's a Decent Weight?

How much can you lift in the rack pull deadlift from the knee?

My goal is 660lb for 5 reps at 190lb bodyweight and I’ve got about 4-5 months before I reach it my current rate of progress - I’m just wondering how this compares to other people.

I hit 500x5 from just below the knee not to long ago, but for bodybuilding purposes I have sinced changed how I do them to stop just “lifting” and actually getting the back work I want. This was great for my traps, but not so much the rest of my back. I won’t post the girl weight I have to use now :wink:
