That plate doesn’t meet the above criteria, imo. You have to try REALLY HARD to translate the plate the way they are claiming. You could probably pull half the plates off the road if you put that much conspiracy theory into each one.
If that is a personalized plate I think it probably does mean what they say it does, however, only a fraction of a percent of people would be able to translate it. Most of those people would be fellow racists who are in the know. So, who really cares?
